Garvan Acoustics Updates Its Flat Subwoofer Range

Garvan has modernised one of its most successful product lines - flat subwoofers. The versatile subwoofer range is suitable for a range of audio situations thanks in part to the subwoofer being able to sit tight to or hanging from the wall or ground.

This new collection is made up of two models: an ultra slim 13-cm-high model, 100w RMS power, and an 16,4-cm-high model, 240w RMS power.

The latter is particularly suitable for high performance home cinema systems. Garvan has achieved the high quality performance by choosing the best materials: cellulose cone, rubber suspension, aluminum basket and neodymium magnet, ensuring a neutral timbre and full low frequencies reproduction.

The new line called WAE121/WAE 221 consists of two types of flat subwoofers: -one made of satin stainless steel -one made of paintable steel (thanks to a grip treatment they can be painted in any color). Compared to the previous line, WAE121/WAE221 features a cover completely made of steel, while the previous one was made of wood. This improves the product in terms of aesthetics and technical characteristics, while keeping the sound quality unchanged.

-Improved resistance

-Compact size

-Reduced thickness of the material
